Chase UCard Activation and Online Balance Inquiry

Chase UCard is the EBT card that is offered by programs through the state of Utah. For the most part, this is reserved for those who receive unemployment benefits.

Step 1: Activate a Chase UCard



If you have received your Chase UCard in the mail over the last couple of days and have yet to activate it, that is a rather important step that needs to be completed before you can actually use the card itself to withdraw money or make purchases with it. To begin the process of Chase UCard activation, go to the card’s activation and account creation forms to get your card working properly. You will be asked to enter details that pertain to your account and who you are. Once completed, you will be able to make purchases or withdraw funds from an ATM.

Step 2: Online Account Creation



As you might have noticed during the instructions written in the previous step, activating your Chase UCard online will also take you through the account registration process, which will allow you to log in to the Chase UCard website itself. If you have already activated your card, this means that you will have also already created your account’s login credentials.

However, if you find that you have lost your user ID and password, or you have any other issues with creating your account or activating your card, you can help get assistance with the issue by calling the Chase UCard customer service line by dialing (866) 330-8628.

Step 3: Check Chase UCard Account Balance



To see what the balance of your Chase UCard currently is, the following instructions will walk you through the process of logging in to the EBT card’s website as well as discuss the various actions that you may do while logged in to the site.

  1. Go to the URL myaccount.chase.com
  2. Enter your user ID and password the same way that you chose them while creating your account
  3. Select the “Logon” button

  1. You should now be logged in. If you had any issues with your user ID or password, follow one of the links below the login area

After successfully signing in, the website will allow you a number of account-related actions, including seeing how much money you have left on the card, look over card transactions, sign up for alerts, have easier access to customer service and you can also request a replacement card.
